You will be instrumental in driving efficiency, implementing best practices, and ensuring the sustainable growth of the business within the agricultural sector of Gauteng . Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive operational plans to achieve farm production and financial targets.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation (labor, machinery, inputs).
• Oversee crop planning, planting, cultivation, pest management, and harvesting activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant agricultural regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols.
