LexisNexis is seeking a Scrum Master to enable high-performing product engineering teams within the Engineering organization. The role is embedded with one or two cross-functional squads and focuses on agile practices, flow, and continuous improvement while aligning with portfolio priorities.

The ideal candidate will coach teams, drive delivery governance, and partner with Product Operations and TPMs to translate priorities into executable plans.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead for software teams.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban; ability to coach teams.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams.
• Own team-level delivery governance and predictability; manage scope, risks, and progress.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
