Unitrade 745 (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced Agile Coach Consultant to support engineering and product teams in embedding sustainable Agile and Kanban practices. This is a remote consulting engagement requiring 2 days per week for 6 months, with monthly review checkpoints.

You will coach multiple teams in Agile, Kanban and flow-based methods, define, monitor and report delivery metrics, optimise Jira/Azure DevOps/ClickUp/Asana workflows, and collaborate with the CTO and DevOps consultant to

Qualificações

• Proven coaching experience with multiple teams in Agile and Kanban environments.
• Certification in AKC, FLC, ICP-ACC or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Strong knowledge of Kanban, Flight Levels and Scrum practices.

Responsabilidades

• Coach several engineering and product teams in Agile/Kanban ways of working.
• Facilitate Agile, Kanban and flow-based practices to improve delivery.
• Apply Scrum fundamentals and guide Scrum Masters and delivery teams.
• Define and report on cycle time, throughput, WIP and predictability.
• Use Flight Levels and flow-based methods to address delivery constraints.
• Configure and optimise Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp or Asana workflows.
• Drive sustainable behavioural and process improvements across teams.
• Leverage LLM technology to support teams in improving practices.

Our client is seeking an experienced Agile Coach Consultant to support engineering and product teams in embedding sustainable Agile and Kanban practices. This is a remote consulting engagement requiring 2 days per week for 6 months, with monthly review checkpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach multiple engineering and product teams concurrently in Agile/Kanban ways of working.
• Facilitate Agile, Kanban and flow-based practices to improve delivery effectiveness.
• Apply Scrum fundamentals and provide guidance to Scrum Masters and delivery teams.
• Define, monitor and report on delivery and flow metrics, including cycle time, throughput, WIP and predictability.
• Use Flight Levels and other flow-based approaches to identify and address delivery constraints.
• Configure and optimise workflow tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp or Asana.
• Drive sustainable behavioural and process improvements across teams.
• Leverage LLM technology to support teams in improving their practices and delivery outcomes.
• Work closely with the CTO and collaborate with the DevOps consultant responsible for delivery dashboards and data pipelines.

Requirements:

• Kanban Coach certification such as AKC, or Flight Levels Coach certification such as FLC.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Relevant Agile/Kanban coaching certification, such as AKC, FLC or ICP-ACC, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of Kanban, Flight Levels and Scrum.
• Demonstrated experience coaching multiple teams simultaneously.
• Experience working with flow and delivery metrics.
• Experience configuring Agile workflow platforms.
• Experience applying LLM technology to improve team effectiveness.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Valid right to work in the applicable jurisdiction.
