Job summary

Moburst is seeking a hands-on AI builder to design and deploy agentic AI systems that autonomously plan and execute multi-step work across multiple client use cases. You will collaborate with Media, PR, Creative, Organic, Strategy and Data teams, and sometimes work directly with clients to define scope and deliver real solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI-powered systems end-to-end.
• Agentic AI focus with multi-step automation backed by portfolio or case study.
• Fluency with Claude (API/SDK/Claude Code) and at least one automation framework.
• Experience designing systems spanning multiple functions or handoffs.
• Ability to define scope from client use cases rather than fixed backlogs.
• Comfort operating in vaguely defined environments and collaborating with multiple departments.
• Proactive requirements gathering and solution proposals.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design and delivery of AI systems built around client use cases spanning more than one service line.
• Partner with departments to translate processes into buildable systems without taking over day-to-day ownership.
• Build and ship production systems end-to-end: scoping, architecture, implementation, and handover.
• Work directly with clients when required; gather requirements and present approach; otherwise follow internal briefs.
• Stay current on Claude tools and automation frameworks; push for higher autonomy and challenge assumptions.
• Operate within Moburst's stack (Asana, HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, Salesforce) and grow familiarity with them.
