Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of elderly clients' needs and develop personalized care plans.
• Manage and supervise a team of in-home caregivers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Schedule and coordinate care services, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and staff.
• Liaise with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
• Monitor the quality of care provided, conducting regular client reviews and home visits.

Requirements

• A relevant qualification in Nursing, Social Work, Gerontology, or a related healthcare/social science field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aged care, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or coordination role.
• Thorough knowledge of aged care regulations, funding models, and best practice standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using aged care management software and standard office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively and foster a positive work environment.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Richards Bay area.
