Responsibilities

• Look after students in the afternoons and present exciting activities.
• Establish a nurturing teaching environment that promotes engaged learning.
• Be punctual and maintain professional standards and homework.
• Evaluate, reflect on and refine teaching practice.
• Teach extra lessons two afternoons per week.
• Produce high-standard resources for students.
• Respond to emails and telephone messages from parents within 24 hours.
• Show loyalty to all facets of Reddam House.
• Attend all special occasions as directed by the Head.
• Set and mark exams and other student evaluations.
