Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a senior investment professional to originate and execute private equity and mezzanine transactions across Africa. You will lead deal teams, structure investments, and manage portfolios while ensuring compliance and value creation.

Qualifications

• A degree in finance or a related field is required.
• Proven experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance.
• Experience with African markets is highly advantageous.
• Strong structuring and execution of PE fund investments, co-investments, and mezzanine deals.
• Excellent analytical, modelling, valuation, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to travel across Africa.

Responsibilities

• Originate and assess investment opportunities across Africa.
• Lead and support transaction teams through the full lifecycle.
• Monitor investments ensuring governance and value creation.
• Develop strategic relationships with fund managers and financial institutions.
• Provide regional market intelligence to support investment and BD initiatives.
• Collaborate with global teams to achieve successful outcomes.
