Responsibilities

• Provide advice on a range of products to a specified market and are accountable for achieving results through their own efforts.
• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries.
• Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests, referring complex matters to colleagues.
• Maintain accurate customer details in the CRM and log follow-up actions.
