Responsabilidades

• Provide standard customer service and handle simple inquiries.

• Receive visitors and direct to appropriate information or colleagues.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and note follow-up actions from sales calls.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements using a multilevel sales script.
