Responsibilities

• Provide a quality service to customers while identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention.
• Analyze specific problems and issues to find the best solutions, which could be technical or professional in nature.
• Receive visitors and assist with various requests for information, referring more complex matters to colleagues.
• Enter relevant information into the CRM system after each contact to create a call plan and ensure quality data for retention and development.
• Set clear objectives for each sales call or meeting; tailor materials for decision-makers and influencers.
• Develop and implement a relationship management plan to identify and build relationships with relevant decision-makers and influencers.
• Develop knowledge of policies and procedures and regulatory codes to ensure compliance.
• Monitor and assess sales and market data to identify areas for business development.
• Develop a network within the business sector and represent the organization at sector events.
• Conduct research and analyze data using primary sources and BI tools.
• Engage in networking to leverage a broader influence across internal and external stakeholders.
