Placements24 is seeking an experienced Aerospace Quality Assurance Specialist to join our client in Mahikeng. The role focuses on maintaining and improving the quality management system to ensure compliance with AS9100 and other aerospace standards, driving reliability and customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with stringent industry standards, conducting audits, and implementing quality improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's quality management system (QMS) in accordance with aerospace standards (e.g., AS9100).

• Investigate quality non-conformances, root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor key quality metrics and prepare reports for management review.
• Provide training to staff on quality procedures and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., ASQ) are highly valued.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in quality assurance, with specific experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
• Thorough knowledge of AS9100 and other relevant aerospace quality standards.
• Proven experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) methodologies.
