Placements24 is seeking an experienced Aerospace Quality Assurance Specialist to join our client in Mahikeng. The role focuses on maintaining and improving the quality management system to ensure compliance with AS9100 and other aerospace standards, driving reliability and customer satisfaction.

You will lead audits, investigate non-conformances, and implement CAPA and RCA actions, while coaching staff and coordinating with suppliers and external auditors to foster a culture of safety and

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
Minimum 6 years in quality assurance, aerospace or manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of AS9100 and aerospace standards.
Experience with RCA and CAPA methodologies.
Proficient auditing and documentation skills.

Aufgaben

Develop and maintain QMS aligned with AS9100.
Conduct internal audits of processes and documentation.
Investigate non-conformances; apply CAPA and RCA.
Monitor quality metrics and report to management.
Train staff on quality procedures and standards.
Coordinate with auditors, suppliers, and customers.
