Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an AEO Specialist (Answer Engine Optimization) to own search for B2B clients. You will define the technical roadmap, set content priorities, and guide the ranking narrative when clients inquire about progress. You will be the strategic voice in client discussions and make the calls.

You will manage technical SEO, keyword strategy, and AI-enabled content workflows with writers. Expect to work with multi-location SEO and provide clear reporting through GA4 and Search

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO: you have run the audits and made the fixes yourself.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities
