Job summary

Headhunters (South Africa) is seeking a capable professional to join our financial services team in the Eastern Cape. The role focuses on supporting financial advisors, coordinating client instructions, and maintaining compliant client records.

A relevant degree or diploma plus 2-3 years of experience are essential. The successful candidate will interact with clients, advisors, and service providers, ensuring accurate processing from onboarding through servicing and maintaining confidentiality

• Grade 12 / Matric is required.
• Relevant degree or diploma in administration, financial services or business.
• 2-3 years' experience in financial planning, investments, insurance, or related financial services.
• Knowledge of FICA, FAIS and CRM systems.
• Knowledge in Astute, nCino or similar systems.
• Experience supporting financial advisors and managing client instructions.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the main coordination point between clients, advisors, and service providers to ensure seamless service.
• Supports client onboarding, new business, and ongoing servicing by accurately processing instructions and documentation.
• Maintains accurate, compliant, and audit-ready client records while protecting confidentiality.
• Supports efficient service delivery through workflow management and teamwork.
• Upholds company values and delivers high-quality work that strengthens client service and team performance.
