Job summary

Network Recruitment in Johannesburg is seeking a dedicated Financial Adviser support professional to manage the end-to-end servicing of client policies and liaise with product providers.

You will process new business, amendments, and claims, maintain CRM records, and support advisers by identifying opportunities and coordinating reviews.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• 23 years of experience in financial planning, insurance, investments or wealth management.
• Experience processing new business and client servicing.
• Experience with Discovery Life and Discovery Invest is essential.
• Knowledge of life insurance, investments, retirement products, FAIS and FICA.
• Strong communication, organisational and computer skills.
• Xplan experience and RE5 advantageous.
