Sanlam in Cape Town seeks a senior marketing leader to design and execute the end-to-end go-to-market strategy, building an advisor ecosystem for growth. You will lead national branding, campaigns, and events to strengthen market position and ROI.

You will manage budgets, oversee strategy execution, and recruit, onboard and develop a high‑performing team with a focus on measurable commercial outcomes. This role drives transformation and sustained growth.

Qualificações

• 8–10 years financial services distribution experience with a marketing focus.
• Management/leadership experience and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Experience interpreting strategy to set objectives over medium to long time frames (min 10 years).
• Degree or Diploma with 8–10 years related experience.
• Financial/Business/Marketing degree; CFP preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead national and regional management of the SFP brand to strengthen market positioning and deliver ROI.
• Develop and execute the SFP Go-to-Market Strategy and Value Proposition with stakeholder alignment.
• Plan, execute and optimize national campaigns and events with measurable outcomes.
• Develop and manage the annual marketing budget for cost control and ROI.
• Recruit, onboarding, performance management and development of team members.
