Job summary

glu is seeking a Growth Partner to translate growth strategy into adviser-level sales execution across an allocated adviser panel, reporting to the Growth Leader. You will own adviser-level targets, drive adviser engagement, market growth and client-centric outcomes, ensuring all activity is compliant and sustainable.

You will win and grow adviser relationships, partner with adviser support teams, manage pipeline quality and activity, and identify new advisers to expand the panel while aligning

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and distribution within Financial Services or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years’ experience in Investment or Insurance product sales.
• Proven track record in building and growing adviser relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Experience networking with professional associations and industry bodies to support sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of risk, governance, compliance and conduct requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver adviser-level sales targets, including quotes, policies, API and conversion.
• Win and deepen trusted adviser relationships through consistent engagement and reliable follow-through.
• Partner with adviser support teams to simplify quoting, submissions and service queries.
• Drive disciplined adviser-level sales execution by managing pipeline quality and activity plans.
• Identify, prospect and activate new advisers, prioritise the adviser panel and share market trends.
• Equip advisers with product knowledge, tools, and market insights to deliver quality advice.
• Deliver a client-centric experience with proactive resolution of service or relationship concerns.
