Qualifications

• 2+ years in SDR/BDR or similar role.
• B2B sales experience with quota carrying.
• Strong written communication and personalized outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo).
• Comfortable managing your own sales pipeline in a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Source and research target accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and refine targeting with the sales team.
