Job summary

Hire Resolve's client seeks an Advances Technical Support Supervisor to oversee the Advances Technical Support Division, ensuring efficient operations of finance deals and strict policy adherence, including Shariah compliance.

The role requires strong computer skills, a banking/finance qualification, and experience in a financial services environment with supervision responsibilities and staff development.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Banking/ Finance.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with banking systems.
• Experience in a Financial Services institution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the Advances Technical Support Division.
• Oversee all approved Finance Deals and ensure policy compliance and Shariah adherence.
• Check CIF creation based on FICA status and accurate data capture.
• Verify vendor creation/approval, correct GL choice and backend flags.
• Ensure collateral checks and timely approvals in the FMS workflow.
• Assist in IIS deal accuracy and support when short-staffed.
• Provide coverage when the Advances Technical Support Manager is away.
• Approve debit orders and liaise with the Centralised Credit Hub.
• Develop and update staff job descriptions with HR.
