Qualifications

• Proven ability to conduct legal research and assess risks.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on PFMA/MFMA, contracts and governance.
• Draft, review and vet legal agreements and opinions.
• Conduct legal research and issue sound opinions.
• Identify legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Support labour‑related matters when required.
• Coordinate policy reviews and ensure statutory compliance.
• Maintain legal risk registers and records.
• Prepare legal guidance and information materials.
