SAE Rosebank is seeking an enthusiastic Admissions Consultant to join our team. The role focuses on educating and inspiring potential students in their choice to study creative media and arts with specialisation in Film, Sound, Animation or Gaming, at our institution, and to guide them through the enrolment process.

You will use your sales and customer service experience, strong English communication, and CRM skills to manage enquiries, track applicants, and support applicants from first contact

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Experience within the creative media industry or education environment beneficial.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Experience with CRM systems - Administration skills essential.
• Really good telephone etiquette.
• Brilliant command of English language.
