Placements24 is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for our Vereeniging finance team. You will manage invoicing, process payments, and monitor outstanding balances to ensure timely collections, while maintaining accurate AR records.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and send out invoices to customers accurately and promptly.
• Process incoming customer payments via various methods (EFT, card, etc.).
• Monitor customer accounts for outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger with payments received.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment issues.
• Prepare weekly and monthly aging reports and collection forecasts.
