• Experience with customer account management, payment allocations and account reconciliations.
• Knowledge of debt collection procedures and the processes involved in following up on overdue accounts.
• Ability to prepare, process and distribute customer invoices and monthly statements.
• Computer literacy, particularly MS Excel and Outlook.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
• Reliable transport.
