Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist internal sales with quotations when necessary.
• Invoicing on Pastel and sending invoices and statements.
• Follow up on payments and monitor customer credit limits (Pastel).
• Purchase stock and consumables for factory and office.
• General office administration and payroll support.
• Check factory clock cards and calculate times for wages.
• Attendance registers and answering calls (shared with internal sales).
• Assist with compiling works orders and capturing them onto the job list.
• Sort lists by priority dates and load stock/price updates onto Pastel/CRM.
• Arrange couriers for deliveries and update standard cost items and price lists.
