Job summary

The Capital is seeking a Creditors Manager to lead the accounts payable function across our hotel operations. You will ensure accurate processing of supplier transactions, maintain controls, and support cash flow and procurement with reliable financial data.

You will oversee invoicing, matching, reconciliations and payments, manage supplier relationships and mentor the creditors team in a multi-site hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Matric required; Accounting/Finance degree advantageous.
• 4–6+ years in Accounts Payable/ Creditors in a finance environment.
• 2+ years in a supervisory/management role.
• Experience with ERP systems (Business Central or similar).
• Advanced Excel and strong computer literacy.
• Hospitality or multi-site experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full accounts payable function, ensuring invoices are captured accurately and on time.
• Match supplier invoices to purchase orders and enforce procurement controls.
• Lead creditor records and reconciliations for timely payments.
• Manage supplier payments and align with cash flow and controls.
• Resolve supplier queries and drive stakeholder collaboration.
• Lead and develop the creditors team and drive process improvements.
