Network Finance is helping a hospitality/property-focused client in Sandton find a confident Creditors Manager to lead the full accounts payable function across a multi-property environment. The role emphasizes accurate processing, strong supplier relationships and effective payment management in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical creditors expertise, proven leadership ability and the confidence to operate with deadlines and key stakeholders.

Competenze

• Experience leading a creditors/accounts payable function across multiple properties or entities.
• 7–10 years' experience in creditors/accounts payable.
• At least 3 years in a management or team leadership capacity.
• Hospitality or property industry experience is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Take full ownership of end-to-end creditors/accounts payable across multiple properties.
• Oversee accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices.
• Review and approve creditor reconciliations and payment runs.
• Monitor creditor balances, ageing and outstanding accounts.
• Investigate discrepancies, unmatched invoices and payment queries.
• Ensure supplier accounts are maintained and reconciled.
• Maintain controls across the creditors cycle and assist audits.
