CDW is seeking an Accounts Payable-oriented individual to join our team in Cape Town. The role blends routine AP duties with administrative tasks and opportunities to grow into areas such as expenses processing, query management, and processing runs for international entities.

Ideal candidates will be willing to learn, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple tasks with accuracy. Strong communication and a detail-focused mindset are essential for success at CDW.

Responsabilidades

• Processing UK and international expense claims in Concur and Navision.
• Weekly upload of new coworkers into Concur and Navision.
• Handle coworker queries regarding personal expenses.
• Process payment runs.
• Invoice validation in Kofax and processing invoices and credit notes to PO and GL codes.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and liaise with departments to ensure smooth processes.

Job Summary

This role is suitable for an individual that may not have prior experience within Accounts Payable but has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. The day-to-day role will be combination of normal Accounts Payable duties, and some administrative tasks but also the chance in the future to get involved in certain functions such as co-worker expenses processing and query management/payment runs/Invoice management and various/international entities and Aged Creditors. This will be a good fit for someone who is willing to work hard and is adaptable and looking to improve themselves.

What you will do:

• Processing of UK & International expense claims in Concur & Navision


• Weekly upload of new co-workers into Concur & Navision


• Strong customer service skills


• High attention to detail


• Dealing with co-worker’s queries regarding personal expenses


• Processing payment runs.


• Good verbal & written communication skills


• Ad-hoc duties such as debit balance recovery


• Any other duties required by the AP Senior Management


• Invoice Validation in Kofax


• Processing Invoices & Credit notes to the correct purchase orders and general ledger codes.


• Dealing with supplier queries


• Reconciliation of Vendor Accounts


• Liaising with various departments to ensure smooth efficient process flows


• Ensure that all allocated supplier accounts are paid promptly


• Managing AP’s generic inbox, provide support to other AP team members as required, filing and general admin etc
