Job summary

The Talent Room is seeking an Accounting Intern in Cape Town’s Tygervalley area for a 12-month YES learnership. This role offers practical accounting experience in a fast-paced finance team.

Salary is R7 500 per month. Ideal candidates have a finance/accounting background, strong attention to detail, and a readiness to learn within a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric requirement.
• Exposure to accounting or financial administration is advantageous.
• Must reside in or close to Tygervalley/Cape Town, or be willing to relocate.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.

Our client in Tygervalley, Cape Town (Western Cape) is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Intern to join their team. This YES Internship offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with a financial or accounting background to gain valuable practical experience within a professional and fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Some exposure to accounting or financial administration will be advantageous

• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must reside in or close to Tygervalley/Cape Town, or be willing to relocate
