Job summary

Global Human Capital is assisting a client in the property sector with an Accountant position based at the Stikland office. The role includes supervising the Accounts Clerk, processing and reconciling cashbooks, and compiling monthly management reports.

Key duties also include scrutinising debtors, reconciling creditors, and preparing cashflow forecasts and budgets, in collaboration with external auditors on audit preparation and monthly reviews.

Qualifications

• Completed SAIPA articles is not negotiable.
• An Accounting degree or diploma is not negotiable.
• Property experience is NOT required but experience within a commercial environment is required.
• A strong work ethic and a willingness to roll up your sleeves is essential.
