Job summary

Network Recruitment is seeking an Accountant to join a growing, technology-driven organisation in Gauteng. You will gain broad exposure across the finance function, work closely with experienced leaders, and sharpen your technical and commercial skills in a dynamic environment.

The role offers exposure to monthly management accounts, financial reporting, budgeting, VAT, and audits, with opportunities to drive process improvements and contribute to statutory compliance within a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• BCom Accounting degree is required.
• Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles.
• Approximately 1 year post-articles experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts.
• Assist with financial reporting and month-end processes.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
• Conduct VAT calculations and submissions.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support audits and statutory compliance requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function.
