Red Ember Recruitment is seeking an Accountant in the Tygervalley area of Cape Town to join our client’s team. This role requires strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of the full accounting function in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities include managing AP/AR, processing EFTs, reconciling bank statements, ensuring proper allocations, verifying invoices, and processing journals up to trial balance.

Competenze

• Degree in Accounting.
• 3 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in financial services.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Advantageous: Short-term insurance industry experience.
• Experience with Tial, Great Plains, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics 365 Finance.
