Job summary

Recruitment Dynamix (Pty) Ltd in Delmas is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the management team and oversee financial control, cost management, budgeting and profitability across its agricultural and logistics operations.

You will prepare management accounts, perform reconciliations and generate financial reports to guide decision-making, with strong Excel and Sage Pastel skills, and fluency in English and Afrikaans.

Qualifications

• BCom Accounting degree or equivalent from a recognised institution.
• At least three years' accounting experience, including reconciliations, month-end and management accounts.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and working knowledge of Sage Pastel.
• A valid driver’s licence.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines in a busy environment.
• Good communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
