Objective Personnel is seeking a dedicated Accountant to manage accounting for two subsidiaries within a Group of Companies. Based in Meyersdal, you will prepare and maintain fixed asset registers and handle monthly reporting to ensure accurate financial statements.

The role requires completing articles (SAICA/SAIPA preferable), BCom Accounting, membership with an accounting institution, and experience with Sage and Xero.

Qualificações

• 3 years post articles experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Sage and Xero accounting experience.
• Willing to travel between Meyersdal, Isando, Vanderbijlpark (must have own car and valid drivers license).
• Based in Meyersdal.

Responsabilidades

• Review payments.
• Weekly revenue and debtors reports.
• Year-end reports and packs.
• Assist and support the Financial Manager.

• Compile General Ledger recons and review.
• Processing and maintaining of cashbooks.
• Prepare monthly tax returns for approval.

• Professional Membership with an Accounting Institution and Registered Tax Practitioner will be an added advantage
