Job summary

99 Cents is seeking a detail-oriented studio operations coordinator to act as the reliable daily contact for client marketing and category teams, understanding each brand's promotional rhythm and requirements. You will load and manage jobs, drive them through the pipeline to meet print deadlines, coordinate specs, sizes and formats, and maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as a reliable daily contact for client marketing and category teams
• Understand each brand's promotional rhythm and requirements
• Communicate clearly, accurately and in good time
• Manage day-to-day requests and expectations professionally
• Anticipate recurring needs across the promotional calendar
• Write clear and accurate briefs
• Load and manage jobs through Magnetic
• Drive jobs through the pipeline to meet non-negotiable print deadlines
• Manage multiple concurrent jobs without dropping detail
• Coordinate specifications, sizes and formats across print and digital
• Check every deliverable against the brief before client routing
• Uphold brand CI across all brands and formats
• Support proofing and reconciliation of pricing, copy and mechanics
• Capture amendments accurately and keep version control clean
• Protect the account against costly errors and reprints
• Work closely with Creative, Creative Services, Traffic and Production
• Communicate updates and changes promptly
• Escalate timeline risks early
• Maintain clear, accessible documentation
• Contribute positively to a collaborative studio environment
• Manage cost estimates
• Support accurate billing
• Keep job status and records current in Magnetic
• Monitor scope and flag out-of-scope requests
• Maintain accurate financial and job documentation
