BDO Wave is seeking an ACCA Assistant Manager in Cape Town to oversee trainee work, review audit papers, and ensure quality aligned with firm standards. You will coach trainees, coordinate training initiatives, and manage day-to-day operations within the division.

Prospective candidates should be newly qualified CA(SA) or SAICA-eligible, with strong English skills and a proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Provide regular updates to division management and UK managers.
• Oversee and review trainee work for audit quality and firm methodology.
• Mentor and coach ACCA trainees; deliver training interventions and sessions.
• Ensure timely training and development of trainees; monitor progress and compliance.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and campus interactions as needed.
