Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in mobile network deployment with at least 3 years in 5G.
• Strong knowledge of 5G NR, MIMO, beamforming.
• Proven experience with RAN equipment from major vendors (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei).

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment activities for 5G RAN sites: installation, commissioning, integration.
• Plan and execute network optimization to improve 5G performance, capacity and coverage.
• Troubleshoot complex 5G deployment and operation issues.
• Collaborate with planning teams, vendors and site acquisition to meet timelines.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of 5G NR architecture, protocols, and key features (e.g., MIMO, beamforming).
• Proven experience with RAN equipment from major vendors (e.g., Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei).
• Proficiency in network planning, optimization tools, and performance analysis.
• Experience with site acquisition, civil works coordination, and equipment installation processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., 5G certification) are highly desirable.
