C3 Resource Investments (Pty) Ltd invites applicants to join a 12-month trainee programme in welding and boilermaking. You will receive structured training and mentorship, with practical exposure to quality control processes in a real engineering environment.

Ideal candidates are SA citizens aged 22–28 who have completed a welding or boilermaking certificate with strong academic results and a keen interest in quality standards. A stipend will be negotiated to cover living expenses.

Qualifications

• South African citizen with a valid SA ID.
• Between 22-28 years of age.
• Completed a relevant 6–12-month Welding or Boilermaking certificate.
• Minimum 75% average in the relevant completed certificate.
• Strong interest in technical quality control and engineering standards.
