Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of SAP Authorisations experience in enterprise environments.
• Led SAP security workstreams on large programmes.
• Experience working with auditors, architects, stakeholders and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP security design across the landscape.
• Design and maintain scalable, compliant role concepts aligned to business and security requirements.
• Lead security activities during SAP implementations, upgrades, migrations and S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Perform advanced authorisation analysis and resolve complex security issues.
• Conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and implement risk mitigation.
• Review and approve role designs, SU24 proposals and security configuration.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP Fiori, Gateway, ICF and OData security.
• Ensure transport governance and secure deployment through CALM/ChaRM processes.
• Support audit activities by providing security evidence, documentation and remediation plans.
• Develop and maintain SAP security standards, procedures and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Functional, Basis, Development and Architecture teams to deliver secure solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership within the SAP Security team.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation and security best practices across the SAP landscape.
• Act as the SAP Security subject matter expert for projects, operational support and governance initiatives.

• Extensive experience in enterprise role design, security architecture and governance.
• Strong Applications Operations and production support experience.
• Experience working with auditors, architects, business stakeholders and development teams.
• Experience coaching or mentoring SAP Security consultants.
