Job summary

Imizizi is seeking a capable IT professional to develop and operate production-ready business applications with 24/7 support. You will liaise with customers, team members and external vendors, and monitor applications using AWS CloudWatch.

You will apply cloud-security patterns, develop systems in line with quality and delivery requirements, and prepare technical documentation. Mentoring teammates and contributing to Agile initiatives are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Relevant IT degree or equivalent experience.
• Cloud certifications (Developer Associate minimum, Professional preferred).

• Monitoring and operation of applications within AWS CloudWatch.
• Applying cloud-security patterns and concepts to the solutions and deployments.

• Identify risks / impediments, proactively resolve and/or escalate to the relevant parties.
• Comply with Code Compliance & Unit Testing standards and practices.
• Prepare system/technical documentation (as per ISO standards).
• Pro-active knowledge sharing, mentoring, and coaching of members from the same or other teams.
• Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM)Team Charter
