HONOR is seeking a media buying professional to drive strategy and activation across digital campaigns. You will manage end-to-end campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other media, while monitoring performance and adjusting budgets and bids to meet KPIs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related careers.
• 4+ years of experience in mediabuying.
• Experience in mediabuying.
• Fluent in English; hiring process will be in English.

Responsabilidades

• Strategy and Planning: develop mediabuying strategy and activation plan for new campaign launch.
• Campaign Management: launch, manage and optimize end-to-end campaigns on Google Ads, Social Ads, and other media; monitor performance and adjust bids, budgets, targeting.
• Data Analysis and report: track media metrics and provide actionable insights; prepare weekly/monthly/project performance reports.
• Budget Oversight: draft budget plan and manage by campaign, platform and month.
• Sponsorship and cooperation: sourcing, contact and negotiate potential opportunities; manage cooperation with partners.
• Agency Management: work with media buying agency ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Internal communication: align strategy with Marketing team and brief designers to prepare ad materials.
