Cr3ativeGrowth is a Miami-based creative agency seeking a bilingual Social Media Manager who thinks like a strategist, writes like a copywriter, and understands U.S. culture from the inside.

You will build content strategies, write in English and Spanish, brief designers and editors, and use analytics to refine performance across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Formación

• Fluent English (C1–C2) and Spanish.
• Proven experience managing social for U.S. product or service brands.
• Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Strong copywriting and a visual eye for what looks premium.
• Highly organized across multiple brands and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Build content strategies and monthly plans for multiple brands.
• Write and edit captions, hooks, and scripts in English and Spanish.
• Brief designers and editors, and keep every brand on-voice and on-visual.
• Use analytics to adjust strategy.
• Communicate clearly and quickly with clients and the team.
