Qualifications

• Two-year degree in technical (Oil & Gas, Logistics or Engineering) or administration areas.

• Experience with any Supply Chain Management ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes materials requisitions to determine sourcing strategies and conduct supplier selections.
• Works with user departments to plan needs, organize deliveries, and meet dates.
• Performs purchases using procurement systems to satisfy base operations requirements.
• Maintains BPA usage records and analyzes spend with Category Managers for new BPAs.
• Negotiates and settles contractual disputes; supports contracting and procurement planning.
