Job summary

You will coordinate logistics, promote compliance, and support category strategies with data-driven analysis and supplier benchmarking. The role emphasizes developing contracting plans, maintaining records, and leveraging MS tools (Power BI, Power Apps) to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Engineering or related degree is required.
• Proficiency in English and strong written/interpersonal communication.
• Teamwork and customer service focus with timely end-user responses.
• Experience with any SCM ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Carry out RPX (request proposal/quotation/information) for a material.
• Issue PO according to internal client requirements.
• Properly manage stock material requests to prevent stock outs.
• Develop negation strategies and synergies opportunities.
• Ensure materials arrive on time.
• Track POs to achieve on-time delivery (OTD).
• Coordinate inspections when required.
• Develop BPA with strategic contractors.
• Achieve savings through negotiations.
• Develop annual Category Contracting Plan and cost improvement targets; identify opportunities with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Monitor cost savings regularly.
• Maintain stakeholder communications through meetings, visits and monthly reports.
• Identify and drive towards policies for simplicity and lower cost to serve; support tech improvements.
