Siemens Energy is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Controls & Digitalization in Latin America. You will lead complex automation, control system, electrical and digitalization projects, coordinating global teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong PM experience in industrial energy sectors, proficiency with DCS/PLC/SCADA, and English/Spanish fluency, with occasional international travel.

Formación

• 8+ years of project management experience in industrial, power generation, automation or energy projects.
• Experience managing Controls & Digitalization projects (DCS, PLC, SCADA, turbine controls, automation systems or digital solutions).
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Advanced English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus.
• Availability for occasional international and regional travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the execution of complex Controls & Digitalization projects across the Latin America region.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Commissioning, Service, and Sales.
• Drive successful implementation of DCS, turbine controls, plant automation, electrical systems, cybersecurity, and digital solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while serving as the primary point of contact during project execution.
• Monitor project financial performance and implement corrective actions to improve profitability and customer satisfaction, including contract and change order management.

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Senior Project Manager for Controls & Digitalization within Siemens Energy's Gas Services organization, you will lead complex automation, control system, electrical and digitalization projects across Latin America. You will work closely with international engineering teams, customers, service organizations, and commercial stakeholders to execute high-impact projects that improve reliability, efficiency, and digital transformation in power generation facilities. Your day will involve managing project execution strategies, aligning multidisciplinary teams, mitigating risks, and ensuring that customer expectations, financial targets, and project milestones are achieved. You will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions utilizing Siemens Energy's control systems, digital platforms, and modernization technologies.

• Lead the execution of complex Controls & Digitalization projects across the Latin America region.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Automation, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related field). Minimum 8 years of project management experience in industrial, power generation, automation, or energy-related projects.
• Proven experience managing Controls & Digitalization projects, including DCS, PLC, SCADA, turbine controls, automation systems, or digital solutions.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent platforms.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Advanced English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus.
• Availability for occasional international and regional travel.
