The role requires deep expertise in directional planning, hydraulics, and BHA optimization, along with strong collaboration across G&G and field teams.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in well engineering, experience with horizontal/extended reach wells, and fluency in Spanish.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in well engineering design and operations.
• Experience with horizontal and extended-reach wells.
• Cycle steam injection experience is a plus.
• Field experience in drilling and completion operations.

Responsabilidades

• Drilling and completion engineering for horizontal and extended-reach wells.
• Deliver well designs, cost estimates, and project planning.
• Lead peer reviews, risk assessments, and real-time support.
• Provide engineering guidance to Superintendent and operations team.
