The Custodian, CAA Supervisor position is based at Amentum sites within the US Embassy in Caracas, Venezuela, supporting the DiPSS Venezuela BLS contract for the US Department of State. You will lead a custodial/escort team, ensure safety and quality compliance, and report to the Site Services Manager.

You will manage schedules, inventory, and cleaning operations for office areas and facilities, with responsibilities extending to data processing spaces, restrooms, and common areas.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of leading custodial staff in a residential facility
• Able to lift 70 pounds and walk long distances on a routine basis
• Knowledge of custodial/escort functions in overseas facilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Cross-cultural sensitivity and teamwork mindset
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to innovate and drive change
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have English proficiency to meet job requirements
• US Government clearance eligibility required

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of custodians and oversee custodial/escorting duties
• Maintain safety as the highest priority in the workplace
• Ensure SOW compliance and timely scheduling
• Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies
• Perform custodial duties in embassy office areas including conference rooms and restrooms
• Clean and maintain floors, walls, windows, and equipment
• Escort non-cleared employees and monitor classified areas
• Complete administrative tasks such as reporting and scheduling
• Report non-compliance with SOW to the Manager
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
