BairesDev is seeking a Semi Senior Project Manager to grow their experience by leading complex software development projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget while navigating stakeholder expectations.

You will develop detailed plans, manage risks, mentor junior managers, and report progress to senior management and clients. This is a 100% remote role with flexible hours, competitive USD or local currency compensation, and a collaborative, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, specifically in software development.
• Proven experience delivering software projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with risk management and change management.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and the ability to apply them effectively.
• Basic IT infrastructure and software architecture knowledge.
• Experience in resource allocation and team management.
• Familiarity with project reporting and documentation standards.
• Advanced level of English.
