Hilton Conrad Dubai is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead patrols, coordinate incident responses, and supervise Security Officers. You’ll play a key role in maintaining guest safety and a calm, hospitable environment throughout the hotel.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in security, experience supervising a team, and is fluent in Arabic with a valid SIRA certification. Familiarity with CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems is preferred.

• 3–5 years of security operations experience, preferably in hospitality, with supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems.
• Valid Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) certification required.
• Ability to speak Arabic is required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee patrols of guest areas, back of house spaces, and hotel perimeter, addressing risks while respecting privacy.
• Coordinate the team’s response to medical emergencies, fire alarms, and security incidents.
• Plan schedules, assign duties, and coach Security Officers to deliver professional service.
• Investigate incidents, gather facts, and prepare clear, accurate reports for management.
• Promote safe practices with hotel teams and keep emergency procedures current.
• Fill in Security Officer duties during busy periods or incidents when needed.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day as a Security Supervisor at Conrad Dubai:

• Maintain a discreet, reassuring presence: Oversee patrols of guest areas, back of house spaces, and the hotel perimeter, identifying and addressing risks while respecting guest privacy.
• Respond with calm and care: Coordinate the team’s response to medical emergencies, fire alarms, and security incidents, prioritising the safety and well-being of guests and team members.
• Lead the security team: Plan schedules, assign duties, and coach Security Officers to deliver attentive, professional service at every point of contact.
• Investigate and report incidents: Gather facts, preserve relevant information, and prepare clear, accurate reports for management and follow-up.
• Strengthen everyday safety: Work with hotel teams to promote safe practices, address concerns promptly, and keep emergency procedures familiar and effective.
• Support service when needed: Step into Security Officer duties during busy periods or incidents, providing a composed and helpful presence.

Experience and Qualifications

• Security experience: 3–5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in hospitality, with experience supervising a team.
• Technical knowledge: Familiarity with CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems, and current security equipment.
• Certification: Valid Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) certification required.
• Language: Ability to speak Arabic is required.
