BairesDev is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Product Manager to own the platform strategy and translate complex stakeholder requests into scalable solutions. You will manage the backlog, coordinate sprints, and drive roadmap execution to continuously improve ITSM and HRSD delivery.

Formación
- 5+ years of experience in product management.
- Strong ServiceNow platform experience, ITSM and HRSD.
- Translate stakeholder requests into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Experience with backlog management, sprint planning, QA/UAT coordination.
- Advanced English communication skills.
Responsabilidades
- Own ServiceNow product initiatives and translate stakeholder requests into scalable platform solutions.
- Manage backlog, sprint planning, story refinement, and roadmap execution.
- Coordinate QA and UAT to ensure quality delivery of platform enhancements.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and communicate with executive stakeholders.
