Software International (SI) is seeking a SAP Security Support Analyst – ECC for a remote contract role with a major electronics manufacturer. The position starts as 6 months and may renew long term, with hours aligned to 12 PM EST to 8 PM EST.

Responsibilities include access management, policy enforcement, incident investigation, compliance, and collaboration with IT teams. Ideal candidates have 3-4 years of SAP Security experience and strong customer service skills.

Formación

• 3-4 years of hands on SAP Security support in ECC, CRM, Portal, SAP BW, GRC.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP security best practices.
• Ability to identify, escalate, and address production issues.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Access Management: create and manage user roles and authorizations.
• Regularly review user access for compliance and risks.
• Security Policy Enforcement: develop and maintain SAP security policies.
• Monitor for unauthorized access attempts and breaches.
• Implement security controls to mitigate risks.
• Investigate security incidents within the SAP system.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Report security incidents to stakeholders.
• Compliance Management: ensure SAP systems meet regulations and internal policies.
• Conduct audits and assessments; maintain documentation.
• Collaboration and Training: work with teams to address security needs.
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP security best practices.
